- To introduce to visitor that the features of “duty-free island” in Labuan and some local special privileges and facilities.
- To gain government supports in developing Labuan tourism sector by build more facilities, entertainment and shopping center with better services which will provide to customers.
- To encourage bank and investors to invest in Labuan tourism.
- Show out new travelling spots and offer new travel packages to visitors by follow what they needs and wants.
- To enhance transportation facilities in state where visitor can travel from one place to another easier
